Returns & Exchanges

At Sugarlips, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to receive a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for easy drop-off at authorized locations.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original mailer or a sturdy box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
